I love looking at recipes on Pinterest. When did home cooks get to be such amazing photographers?
Recently when I started a diet I had to unsubscribe for a lot of food boards...it was torture! This was one of the first recipes I ever tried on Pinterest.

Oh goodness these were delicious! My family prefers a bit more green chile sauce so we added more when we made this again, but my kids gobbled it up and everyone was happy! I especially love that there is no condensed cream-of-chicken soup anywhere in this recipe. This is now in our rotation as a family favorite. Try it...you'll love it.
