I love pie in any form. So quiche is a classic at our house. The great thing about a quiche is, that like Cheesy Potato and Whatever Soup, you can chuck in whatever stuff you have in your fridge. Eggs, crust and cheese stay constant, but everything else can be random and very experimental (fun or dangerous: you decide).
And go ahead, use a pre-made refrigerator pie crust. It's all good.
Quiche is an oddly outdated meal, but try it...you'll like it!
